The Kingdom of YAHUWAH (The Covenant-Nation: "YAsharel")

Articles of Faith and Incorporation-Summary

A. Statement of FAITH:

1) God is Truth, not contrary to truth as in "blind faith". The universe, including ourselves, is an amazing miracle of great complexity. This creation demands a Creator, a Designer.

2) The creation is in conflict between "tooth and fang" and the inner love in man. Therefore both good and evil exist. The purpose of this divine good is to become triumphant over the evil. The highest good ever spoke is the supreme teaching of YAHUWshua haMeshiYAH.

3) He affirmed the Original Scriptures as carrying complete Truth, even down to every vowel-letter! Those Original Scriptures have been systematically hidden from most people for 1977 years! YAHUWans are radical about these Original Scriptures being the foundation of all Truth. They begin:

4) Genesis 1:1- "The Prime Mover of all things is YA (YAHUWAH), The Perfect One. He is the Mighty God YA of all peoples. He created the amazing miracle of the ShamaYAam ("where all people hear/obey YA," heavens) and the earth."

5) All His Works and Words necessary to live forever and be successful in this life are perfectly recorded and preserved in The Original Scriptures. They are without error, even to the every “YA” or “UW” (jot and title).

6) He has established a way for any human being to live forever with Him in His Kingdom. The Kingdom of YAHUWAH is The Covenant Family of Faith based upon, first and foremost, The Original Scripture (YAHUWAH’s Holy Word) and secondly, YAHUWAH’s personal interpretive Word through His Spirit through The Apostles and Prophets. This Kingdom was created by YAHUWAH our Creator, comprising of all people who believe in and choose freely to be ruled by His Word (Laws), His Spirit and His Kingdom's authority. Believer's in YAHUWAH are called by His Holy Eternal Name. Thus, The Kingdom of YAHUWAH is all YAHUWans, all the Earth, the Universe and all His “Host” ruled by YAHUWAH.  

We are known in this "Latter Days" Renewed or Empowered Covenant by our God given 4200 year old name as AbrAHUW (sn- "IbreW), and/or YAHUWans. In the first Covenant, our first Covenant-Family name, “AbrAHUW” became carried by our greatest Tribe “The YAHUWdAH/YAHUWdai” in AbrAHUW, (the original language of AbrAHam, King DaUWd, EliYAH and the Prophets), IbrAHYA/Aramaic and in AHlenic/Early Greek. It was corrupted by priests to “Yehu” and today is cursed by YAHUWAH because of their rebellion against His Word and His MessiYAH-YAHUWshua who became YAHUWAH the ChristUW.

7)YAHUWshua, the “first perfect son of AHdam” and “the only begotten Son of God”, The Son of God Incarnate, was raised from the dead by God to become YAHUWAH the King (MessiYAH, ChristUW) after His atoning sacrificial death on the crucifixion tree for the sins of the world. His atonement opened the New Covenant for salvation based upon repentance from breaking the 13 Summa Commandments, which define the The Covenant relationship to God and then "calling upon the Name of YAHUWAH" which is the same as becoming immersed or saturated in His Name (His Spirit, His Love). Just verbally praising YAHUWAH's Name is only a small part of getting immersed in His Name meaning His Love, His Being, His Spirit.

In former days, the majority of priests led the first Covenant Nation into deep sin, changing their name to “Yeuwdi” and “Yitsrael”, thus hiding the Holy Name of YAHUWAH which is the gateway, the bridge, for mankind to know Almighty God. These same people who in times past spoke AbrAHUW, IbrAHYA or AHlenic, were originally called AbrAHUW in the Original Scriptures meaning “those whose Father is YAHUWAH”.  This great name honors our original faithful forefathers and Holy God our Savior and King.

8) YAsharel is The Kingdom of YAHUWAH Eloah-YAam-“YAHUWAH God of all nations” (not "Elohim!")

Many "messianics" today will not use the english word "God" thinking it is a pagan god. "Gad" was a pagan Teutonic god but we find no direct link between God and Gad. Yet they will use "elohim" which means "gods" for our Creator and Savior! The "Shema" in Debarim/Dt 6:3-15, our oldest national confession of faith, says clearly "YAHUWAH is our Eloah YAH am (God YAH of all peoples). YAHUWAH is our One and Only (Echad)." 

The use of "elohim" is a common Messianic err inspite of the first Commandment saying "have no elohim before your face!" Eloah-YA-am is easily mistaken for elohim if one is ignorant of YAH and that YA means YAHUWAH. Then it all becomes clear. YAHUWAH is not "gods!" He is The God YAHUWAH of all nations, of all peoples! Praise Eloah YA-am.

9) The Scripture divides all people into only two primary groups; those who choose to “Call upon YAHUWAH” and are voluntarily ruled by Him and those who do not. All who “Call upon (worship, praise, pray to, proclaim and carry) the Name of YAHUWAH alone” are YAHUWAHns. All YAHUWans are citizens of The Covenant-Family Nation "YAsharel". Our 4200 year old Covenant-Nation, begun with The Covenant between our God YAHUWAH and AbrAHam is called YAsharel, meaning “Those in whom YAHUWAH rules as God”. All unbeliever’s are “other nations”(goyim, Gentiles). In the Latter Days (which began at the Feast of Trumphets- 7/1, 2007 YAHUWAHn Time-Yt-which is Gregorian 9/21/2001 AD), they will either joyfully choose to become part of YAHsharal or be used by YAHUWAH to serve YAsharel.

10) Salvation

Our Faith and Salvation is based upon The Original Holy and Inerrant Scriptures and the indwelling of YAHUWAH Himself, who is Love, the Living Word, YAHUWAH the King (The MessiYAH, The ChristUW). He is both our Creator, Love and Savior. YAHUWAH the Savior-King is our salvation. Salvation comes through repenting of breaking YAHUWAH’s 13 Great Commandments which are the Covenant-Family 10 Commandments, the Double “Summary” Commandments and the New Commandment (Shemoth/Ex 20, Debarim/Dt 5, MatithYAHUW/Mt 22:34-40 et al, YAHUWcanon/Jn 13:34, I YAHUWcanon?I Jn 2:8-19) and then getting saturated in the Name (Love) of YAHUWAH for the forgiveness of sins (Acts 2:38).

B. PURPOSE:

Our purpose is twofold.

1) First, it is simply to love YAHUWAH with all our heart, all our mind and all our resources. Secondly, it is to love our neighbors as ourselves. Our “neighbors” are first, fellow YAHUWans, starting with those closest to you; your spouse, children and YAHUWan friends.

2) Secondly, they are fellow YAHUWan brothers and citizens of The Kingdom, like the Good Samaritan parable, who are scattered in your own geographical region (or nation) and then YAHUWans in nearby regions (nations) and finally in every nation, even to the ends of the earth. Our main purpose in Missions is to find, witness to and share with every non-believer over 20 years old that “YAHUWAH is salvation”. If they choose to be discipled and ruled by YAHUWAH our King, they will always desire to come into YAHUWAH's Covenant-Family and be fellow citizens of YAsharel. YAHUWAH's Love will drive us all to love one another as the most obvious characteristic of YAHUWAHns and AbrAHUW (Debarim 5-6, MatithYAHUW 22, YAHUWcanon 15, I YAHUWcanon)! 

The Resurrected YAHUWAH the King told us “All authority is given unto me. Therefore go, make disciples in all nations, immersing them in the Name of The Father (YAHUWAH), The Son (YAHUWAH) and The Holy Spirit (YAHUWAH).”- (MatithYAHUW/Mt “The Gift is YAHUWAH” 28:19-20). Again Apostle YAHUWcanon said “that you may believe that YAHUWAH-the-Savior  is your King (MessiYAH, ChristUW), the Son of God, and that in believing this, you may have Life through his Name (His Love)”- "YAHUWAH-is-Grace" (YAHUWcanon/John) 20:31. This is also expressed by the First QAHal in Acts “and you shall be my witnesses in YArushalom, YAHUWdaia, SamariYA and unto the ends of the earth” Acts 1:8.

C. GOVERNMENT:

Our government is based exactly upon The Original Scriptures and God’s Holy Word. This is an “appointed-by-YAHUWAH-confirmed-by-the-people” YAHUWocracy. YAsharel is “The Nation of Believer’s” scattered in every nation of the world. It is a “Nation within the nations”.

C.1-The Nation of YAsharel is ruled directly by YAHUWAH through His Living Written Word (in Scripture and on our hearts) as interpreted and empowered by YAHUWAH’s Holy Spirit through The Apostles, Prophets, Elders (appointed Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers) and in each AbrAHUW believer. The Nation is led and represented, in human legal terms, by The Servant-Apostles Joint Council of 24-YAsharel. It is made up of two Councils of 12, East and West, one representing each of the 12 Tribes of YAsharel for The Servant-Apostles Council of 12 of YAsharel-East (begun on Feast of Light-10/1/2007, or Gregorian 12/21/2001) and 12 for The Servant-Apostles Council of 12 of YAsharel-West  yet to be appointed by YAHUWAH and confirmed by the people-West. The term of service shall be for 3 years. Servant-Apostles come only from a published list of faithful Servant-Elders and are confirmed by at least a 91% vote of "attested YAHUWAHns". Termination of service of any minister before the three years shall be only by a 91% vote of  either The East or The West Servant-Elders Council or a nation wide 51% vote of  "no confidence".  

C.2- One third of these 12 Servant-Apostles are chosen by YAHUWAH and confirmed by a 91% or more vote of YAsharel-East or West every year, 30 days before the new year begins (1/1, Gregorian-4/21). These 12 East and 12 West National Servant-Apostles must be called out of the East or West Council of Servant-Elders. The Elders East and West Council will comprise of one to three Servant-Elders (QAHal Teacher, Pastor, Evangelist, Prophet or Apostle etc) for each 120 "attested believers". 

C.3 The Scriptural qualifications of a Servant-Elder of YAsharel is a man or women attested YAHUWan who has for at least three years: 

1)      been faithful to YAHUWAH, His Holy Scripture and YAsharel as a Servant-minister,

2)      been found faithful in knowledge of The Original Scripture and passed “The Elders Scripture Test”

3)      is single, living in purity, or the spouse of one faithful YAHUWan. He or she must govern their household well. They must be examples of believers.

4)      faithfully tithed to YAHUWAH’s Storehouse (The Kingdom of YAHUWAH)

5)      Witnesses daily for YAHUWAH his "EloahYAam"

6)   Exhibits the Love of YAHUWAH foremost in their lives

7)   approved by signatures of three YAHUWAHn Servant-Elders. Every Servant-Elder is re-confirmed by 91% of their sponsoring Qahal every 3 years.

The Eastern and Western Regions will become fully functioning duplicates of each other which will one day be all joined together as one glorious united Nation YASHAREL! The highest legal human authority in The Kingdom of YAHUWAH is the “The Servant-Elder Council of 24-YAsharel”. (This Council does not yet exist and cannot exist until both East and West fill their Servant-Apostle Council of 12). Next in human authority is “The Servant-Apostle Council of 12, YAsharel-West (or East for the East)”.

C.4- All interpretation/applications of the Original Scripture Covenant must be made by a minimum 91% vote of the Council of Elders, East or West. The East or West Council of Prophets is composed of any Servant-Elder chosen by YAHUWAH and confirmed by 91% of  a Qahal (13-120 adult believers) YAsharel-East or West as a Servant-Prophet. This term of service is for 7 years and can only be terminated by a 91% vote of YAsharel. The West and East Council of Prophets and Council of Elders must have a 91% agreement on all interpretations of The Holy Scripture which they recommend to YAsharel under the personal leadership of The Spirit. This is based upon the Scriptural example of expected unity but the recognition of probable honest and even Spirit led diversity on occasions. We treasure this diversity but hold it in the vast strength of our unity and oneness in YAHUWAH and His Word. 91% of the Apostles were always right with God in their heart. One was a traitor or was in sin (8%).

C.5- All Servant-Leaders on the General Council of Servant-Elders are for a three year staggered term elected by a minimum 91% vote of their supporting QAHal (13-120 believers) of approved YAHUWans. Only “attested AbrAHUW/YAHUWans" can submit a confirmation vote on any business of YAsharel as they hear from YAHUWAH.

C.6- Attested AbrAHUW or YAHUWans are:

1) those who have followed Acts 2:21-38, repented of specifically breaking the Covenant-Family 10 Commandments, the Double Commandment and the Great new Commandment, have been "immersed in the Name of YAHUWAH the King for the forgiveness of sin" and

2) believe that "YAHUWAH is salvation" and Him alone. That YAHUWshua was YAHUWAH incarnate, fully man with YAHUWAH freely acting through him, died for our sins on the cruxcifixion tree, preached to the saints waiting redemption in Sheol/hades, then was resurrected on the third day, early on the Sabbath and was given again, "the Name above all names, YAHUWAH the King and now is the Right Hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead and to establish His eternal Kingdom headquarters here on the new earth.

3) They believes in the complete inerrancy of The Original Scriptures by confession and their signature (MatithYAHUW/Mt 1-28, Rev 22:18-19 et al),

4) who have demonstrated their love to YAHUWAH alone and to their QAHal Covenant-Family (I YAHUWcanon/Jn 2 et al), shown faithful fruit for at least one year (as did the disciples of YAHUWshua),

5) who are over 20 years of age (Bemidbar/Num 1),

6) who attended at least three of the Eight Feasts of YAHUWAH during the past year and remember Sabbaths (an everlasting sign of every true believer) and

7) who faithfully Tithe to YAHUWAH’s Storehouse of The Kingdom of YAHUWAH. Every “approved YAHUWAHn” qualified to vote must be attested to (witnessed) by signatures of two Elders.

D.- TITHES and OFFERINGS:

“The-Messenger-of-YAHUWAH” (MalakiYA/Malachi) 3:10

“Bring all your Tithes into The Storehouse, that there may be food in My House and test me now herewith," says YAHUWAH of Nations, "if I will not open you the windows of Heaven and pour you out too much blessing.”

D.1- All tithes of YAHUWans in the Kingdom of YAHUWAH shall go into a local branch of YAHUWAH’s Storehouse Covenant-Family (QAHal) where they choose to worship. Tithes may not be designated for special use. They are holy unto YAHUWAH and administered by MannasAH, the Servant-Elders (ministers) of YAsharel. Offerings above the tithe may be designated as led. Any three or more YAHUWans, sponsored by a Servant-Elder’s oversight and signature, may open a branch of YAHUWAH’s Storehouse by registering with the Council of Elders.

D.2- The first 10% of all tithes is “AHaron’s Tithe” to be sent to either East or West Servant-Apostles Council of 12 to operate on and with. Next, 50% of all remaining tithes and non-designated offerings each first day are to be administered by the local Elders (Pastor-Teachers) led Covenant-Family QAHal. A QAHal is at least 13 believers (based upon the disciple Qahal our Lord formed) up to 120 (in the upper room) who covenant together as a worshipping family of YAsharel. The remaining 50% is to be sent each first day of each week to the East or West National YAHUWAH’s Storehouse which is administered by a joint West or East Servant-Apostle Council of 12 and Council of Elders. 50% of the these National Storehouse funds will be used in the West (or East if in the East) nationally, that is to reach the lost in their region) and 50% forwarded to YAHUWAH’s Storehouse for International Missions as decided by a 91% vote of all the 12 Servant-Apostles and Council of Elders.

D.3- We will have a discipleship course led by Elders-financial for every believer wishing to please YAHUWAH by reaching financial freedom. In it’s appointed time, a second tithe shall be gathered to care for the widows, orphans and the poor of YAsharel as YAHUWAH leads the Apostles, Prophets and other Elders in the future, replacing the flawed social security systems and relief systems of the other nations. There is to be no poor among YAHUWans. Each YAHUWAH’s Storehouse must send a monthly statement of receipts to their East/West Council of Elders.

D.4-The COUNCIL OF PROPHETS, East and West:

This Council shall be responsible for the following:

1)      To personally walk close to YAHUWAH in The Word and Spirit

2)      To help and advise the Council of Apostles and Elders to walk close to and be obedient to YAHUWAH in Word and Spirit

3)      To help EphraYAam (the business people of YAHsharal) to walk close to YAHUWAH in the Word, in their daily actions/decisions and in His Spirit

4)      To Prophesy as YAHUWAH gives them The Word

5)      To Evangelize and find the lost sheep of YAsharel

6)      To explore Spiritual horizons

      7)  To evaluate and report to the Councils, the Feastivals and The Nation all Scriptural teachings and applications within YAsharel. They shall also be responsible for planning and conducting the Feasts of YAHUWAH annually.  

D.5- Interim TRUSTEEs

All of the articles above are dependent upon the Kingdom of YAHUWAH in any geographical region or country reaching a minimum of 3-120 attested YAHUWans and three chosen by YAHUWAH-confirmed by YAsharel-West of at least three Elders from YAdsharel-West. This is the Scriptural model given by YAHUWshua until the first Qahal reached a strength and maturity under YAHUWAH to administer itself wisely under YAHUWAH and His Word. Until that time, the following 3 Elders will administrate, oversee and hold full responsibility for YAsharel-West (The Kingdom of YAHUWAH-West)  in each country entered in the Western Region, beginning with the far West, The Americas, The Pacific Isles, New Zealand and Australia:

*Servant-Elder/Apostle  AbrAHam YAHel *(killed in Servantship to YAHUWAH, NW Pakistan 10/6/2011 or Gregorian-12/26/2004. He is now replaced by YeshaYAHUW YAHel as Servant-Elder)

Servant-Elder/Teacher RaphAH BethYAH (Ralph Bethea)

The  Servant-Apostle Council of 12 of The Kingdom of YAHUWAH-East (YAsharel-East) hereby appoints RaphAH BethYAH as our Ambassador and legal representative, until further notice, to establish, initiate, appoint and/or to substitute officers for all legal and financial accounts or transactions in The Kingdom of YAHUWAH-West and/or YAHUWAH’s Storehouse under the above articles and principles of faith. It is understood he will make triannual reports to Servant-Apostles EliYAH MusAH, AbrAHam YAHel and to the Covenant-Family YAsharel-West until 120 attested YAHUWans/AbrAHUW (a full Qahal) are birthed by YAHUWAH and Elders-West can be confirmed by a 91% vote of YAsharel-West. At that time, YAsharel-West shall be birthed and make all their own decisions under the leading of our Great God YAHUWAH. YAsharel-East longs for that great day when we are complete as one Nation under YAHUWAH. Our prayers, love and offerings go with all who seek to co-build with YAHUWAH, YAsharel-West, his blessed Kingdom.
